§ 1 Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply, in the version valid on the date of the order, to all sales contracts between Giuliana Extensions GmbH and its customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC and is bound by them.

1.2 Any deviating agreements must be made in writing. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid due to mandatory statutory provisions, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

§ 2 Order

2.1 Orders may only be placed through the designated sales representative of Giuliana Extensions GmbH.

2.2 By placing an order, the customer confirms that the extensions ordered are always custom-made items, which are generally excluded from cancellation or return.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in euros, plus applicable sales tax and shipping costs.

3.2 The purchase price and shipping costs must be paid in full, without any deductions, within 10 business days of receipt of the supplier’s invoice to the bank account specified in the invoice.

3.3 The delivered goods remain the property of Giuliana Extensions GmbH until full payment has been received.

§ 4 Delivery

4.1 Delivery is available only within Germany.

4.2 Goods are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of the order and full payment.

4.3 Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. If the customer provides incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information, the customer shall bear all resulting costs.

§ 5 Warranty and Liability

5.1 The statutory warranty rights apply unless otherwise specified in the contract.

5.2 Any further claims for damages are excluded, unless there is evidence of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

5.3 Liability for injury to life, limb, or health, as well as liability under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

§ 6 Data Protection

6.1 Giuliana Extensions GmbH processes the customer’s personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship, for order processing, shipping, and order fulfillment, and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

§ 7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by German law, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Giuliana Extensions GmbH is agreed as the venue for any disputes arising from this contract.
